The Service of Remembrance for Mrs. Margaret M. Bonner, age 82, of Inverness, Florida, who died on Saturday, August 29, 2009 in Inverness will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 2:00 p. m. at the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes & Crematory. Friends may call on the family on Tuesday from 1:00 - 2:00 p. m. at the funeral home.

She was born July 20, 1927 in Gardena, CA, son of James and Margaret (McGrath) Nolan. She died August 29, 2009 in Inverness, FL.

She retired from the Citrus County School District after a long and enjoyable career as a teacher’s aide. As a military wife and mother, she traveled extensively both domestically and internationally until moving to Inverness in 1969. She enjoyed her computer.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother Joe Nolan and a sister Evelyn Hoffman. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Meahl and her husband Leroy of Inverness, FL, her son, Ronald K. Bonner and his wife Linda of San Antonio, TX and a brother, James Nolan of Idaho. In addition she is survived by 4 grandchildren, Burton, Christopher, Staci & Julie along with 10 great-grandchildren, Riley, Tyler, Toby, Winnie, Darren, Kelli, Bryan, Michael, Matthew and Casey. Arrangements are under the direction of the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes & Crematory.
