He enjoyed fishing and spending time talking with people. Charles volunteered with the Sheriff's Department. Mr. Smallwood was preceded in death by his parents Clarence Pete Smallwood, Jr., and Ida Smallwood. Survivors include 2 brothers, Jerrell Dennis Smallwood of Inverness, FL and Kenneth W.
