Mrs. Susan Kay Bak

January 26, 1947 - April 19, 2022

A Celebration of  Life for Mrs. Susan Kay Bak, age 75, of Beverly Hills, Florida, will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the Beverly Hills Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, Saturday at the Chapel.  The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of memorial donations to Anthony Bak and family at the service.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.HooperFuneralHome.com.  Susan was born January 26, 1947 in Marlette, MI, daughter of Milton and Ruth (Smith) Proctor and passed away on April 19, 2022 in Crystal River, FL. She along with her husband and children moved to Citrus County from Orlando in 1980. Prior to living in Orlando they resided in Michigan. Susan and her husband Anthony owned and operated Reliable Alternative Coating Experts  and most recently Fresh Start Donuts. She enjoyed listening to country music, attending Rock-a-Billy shows, playing Euchre, and most of all playing with her grandchildren. Susan's family described her as a strong, selfless woman who was hard working, loving, playful, wise, pure, and sweet. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Anthony V. Bak of Beverly Hills, FL, children; David (Tracy) Warren, Sheila (Robert) Bak-Lammerhirt and Aaron (Cassie) Bak all of Inverness, 8 Grandchildren: Vicky Brewster, Samantha Coleman, Valerie and Mary Anderson, Abigail, Brayden, Gavin, and Nathan Bak,  and 5 great-grandchildren, Caleb, Gabe, Amelia, Kiera, and Wyatt. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hooper Funeral Homes & Crematory.
